the staff were amazing and always ready to help! the location was also great near key spots. i found it very quiet and peaceful which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet had many selections, including omelets, fruit, and meat options though there was no pork bacon.

i found that the room service was very poor! i had to call the reception and housekeeping multiple times before getting a response. the front desk was also not helpful. i eventually had to go down to complain about the cleanliness of the room, and only then did they change my room.

The staff provided discount vouchers for the in-house restaurants upon check-in. i booked a trip through the hotel, and it went smoothly. complimentary water bottles were available in both the rooms and the bar. the temperature was around 40 degrees, so i used taxis to get around. The fares were reasonable.

the room had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall experience.

The front office team, including phyu, sharmine, marina, and hasan, made sure all guests were happy. They provided excellent care. the staff listened to guest concerns, implementing improvements to the brunch and breakfast offerings. i'd recommend this hotel
